Cómo Paylero maneja información personal y empresarial.

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Paylero and its related services, operating under the Paylero brand, collect, use, store, protect, disclose, and retain information when you visit our website, use the Paylero business application, communicate with us, or use services connected to Paylero Lend or Paylero Collect.

In this Privacy Policy, “Paylero,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Paylero. “You” refers to visitors, business users, account owners, authorized staff, customers, borrowers, invoice recipients, applicants, representatives, and other individuals who interact with Paylero.

By using our website, application, or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Paylero provides financial software tools for businesses, lenders, institutions, and organizations.

Our current services include:

  1. Paylero Lend — software that helps lenders and financial institutions create, send, manage, service, and track loan offers and loans.
  2. Paylero Collect — software that helps individuals, businesses, landlords, schools, clubs, small organizations, and institutions create invoices, request payments, track payment status, record payments, and manage customer balances without using a full accounting package.

Paylero does not currently operate a consumer wallet, hold customer funds, or process customer payments directly for Paylero Collect. Where Paylero Collect supports bank transfer tracking, customers pay the business or organization directly, and the business records or verifies the payment inside Paylero.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The Paylero website.
  • The Paylero business application.
  • Paylero Lend.
  • Paylero Collect.
  • Support, onboarding, sales, billing, account management, and service communications.
  • Emails, SMS messages, notifications, and other communications sent through or about Paylero.
  • Information submitted by business users, account owners, staff, customers, borrowers, invoice recipients, and other individuals.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, banks, lenders, financial institutions, mobile app stores, identity verification providers, payment providers, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other services that Paylero does not own or control. Those services may have their own privacy policies.
